Meet Dr. Nick

Dr. Nicholas Dass is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who takes a performance-driven, first-principles approach to rehabilitation—focused on identifying and solving the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Kinesiology from Rutgers University before completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York University, where he further developed his clinical foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is certified in dry needling, allowing him to integrate performance-based training with hands-on treatment.

He has pursued extensive continuing education in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and previously served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Montclair State University’s women’s soccer team, where he designed and implemented programs to help athletes stay healthy and perform consistently throughout a full competitive season.

Nick has developed a particular focus on ACL injuries—especially working with athletes who have plateaued in their recovery or have been unable to return to their prior level of performance despite previous rehabilitation. His work in this area reflects a broader commitment to asking better questions and building more complete solutions.

Every session is one-on-one and individualized. Nick evaluates how the entire body moves and functions to develop targeted treatment plans that extend beyond symptom relief—helping patients build resilience, restore performance, and return to the activities that matter most.
