If you’re ready, request a consultation and we’ll take it from there.

  • No. New Jersey is a direct access state, which means you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral.

If care extends beyond 30 days or requires certain medical considerations, we’ll coordinate with your physician as needed to stay fully compliant with NJ law.

  • Yes. The consultation is completely complimentary. It’s a chance for us to understand your situation, answer your questions, and determine if we’re the right fit.

  • We are an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept health insurance. This allows us to deliver fully individualized care without the limitations of insurance-based models.

We provide superbills that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and typically applies only after your out-of-network deductible has been met.

We offer complimentary benefits verification prior to your consultation so you can better understand your coverage, including your deductible and potential reimbursement.

Care is provided on a direct-pay basis, with payment collected at the time of each visit.

We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

  • Every session is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy—no aides, no handoffs, no template care.

We take a first principles approach, meaning we break your situation down to what’s actually driving your symptoms and performance limitations. From there, we build and adjust your plan in real time.

Techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and blood flow restriction (BFR) are not applied generically—they’re selected and integrated based on what you need that day to move forward.

  • Your initial evaluation is a continuation of the consultation, where we take a deeper look at your movement, symptoms, and goals.

We expand on what we learned during the consultation, using more in-depth assessment and testing to build a clearer picture of what’s driving your symptoms and begin making meaningful progress

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and how we’re going to address it.

  • We focus on measurable progress from the start.

Using a test–retest approach, we track meaningful changes each session. Most people experience some level of symptom improvement early on. When they don’t, it’s typically because that response was expected based on your presentation.

Clear communication is key—we align expectations from the beginning and adjust your plan based on how you respond.

  • We work with a wide range of active individuals—from recent injuries and flare-ups to ongoing pain or performance limitations.

Rather than focusing on a specific body part, we focus on what’s actually driving your symptoms and build a plan around you—your movement, your goals, and your timeline.

We also regularly work with individuals who haven’t gotten the results they expected from previous physical therapy, and are looking for a more individualized and thoughtful approach.

In addition, we have experience with more complex and higher-level cases, including post-operative rehab such as ACL reconstruction, where attention to detail and progression matter.
